P. K. LEE SDN. BHD. is principally involved in the business of forest logging. The company has also moved into housing development business and has registered to Ministry of Housing as a licensed housing developer.

At present, P. K. LEE SDN. BHD. is developing 125 lots of approved housing development worth 25 million in Mukim Kampar near UTAR and 208 lots of approved mixed development worth 50 million at Klebang, Kuala Kangsar Road, Mukim Hulu Kinta.

The company has also owned 20 acres free hold lands at Klebang, Kuala Kangsar Road, 10 acres free hold lands at Chepor next to Bandar Meru Raya and 160 lots of approved mixed development at Tambun next to Sunway City, Mukim Hulu Kinta.
